Technical Sales Manager

Jan Taudal


Jan joined Navadan in 2019 as Technical Sales Manager in the Global Sales and Marketing team. He has developed the technical portfolio of Navadan from a few distribution agreements to a large and structured product offering since joining. Jan is an atypical sales manager as he would rather spend his time finding the right customers than convince the wrong customers to close a sale.

Jan has a background in sales and international business with technical solutions. He has experience helping clients within marine and offshore with an expert advisory for technical repair solutions. He has been part of the Danish military reserves for 30 years, and from this, he brings a calm and structured approach to everything.


Technical Sales

The technical sales team are responsible for our technical line of products within deck maintenance, surface preparation, inspections, ROVs and similar categories. They handle customer enquiries, direct sales, and coordination with suppliers and logistical partners. The team is very hands-on and knows how to use these products and offer both demonstration and training.

Global Sales and Marketing

The GSM team is leading our efforts within contract negotiation, pricing, customer acquisition, customer retention, and marketing. The team consists of members who are experienced within our operations and technical teams, which means that our customers can be assured that their interests are looked after in every step.
