Navaclean 801

For bulk carriers, the product is used for:

• Coal
• Petcoke
• Removal of Navadan Hold Coat
• Versatile product, suitable for multiple residues

Apply Navaclean 801 Alkatuff mixed in water to a dry surface, using Navadan Applicator or Navadan Bulk Cleaning Kit.

After application, ensure that the surface remains wet, until washed down.

The effect of Navaclean 801 is improved for hold cleaning with Navaclean 904 Foam Agent.

Navaclean 801 Alkatuff can be applied by:

• Recirculation
• Direct injection using Navadan Pump & Spray Equipment
• Hand spraying, using Navadan Pump & Spray Equipment

Navaclean 801 Alkatuff is used as a solution made up in fresh water or sea water.

The optimal operating temperature and concentration varies, depending upon the type of cargo residues to be cleaned. Navadan Operation Sales will be pleased to guide you.

For tanker vessels, the product is used for:

• Vegetable oils
• Animal oils
• Fatty acids
• Fish oils
• Greases
• Waxes
• Oil
• Sludge,
• Soot, carbon deposits
• General dirt and grime.

Can be discharged according to IMO MEPC.1/Circ. 590.

Tested and approved by coating manufacturers.

Safe to use on epoxy coatings, polyurethane coatings and in stainless steel tanks

Not suitable for use on Aluminium, Magnesium and Zinc Silicate coatings

• Corrosive action: Metals: Avoid contact with aluminium, tin, zinc or their alloys. Rubber: none
