Shannon Hsiao Ching Christensen


Shannon joined Navadan in 2018 as a talented trainee. In 2020 she graduated with her education and decided to join the operational team as an Operational Sales Coordinator. Shannon is responsible for the coordination of logistic-, supplier-, and customer communication. She also ensures conformity of paperwork as well as timely deliveries making her an essential part of Navadan’s quality in deliveries.

Before joining Navadan Shannon graduated from the University of South Australia - Asia Pacific Management Institute with a Diploma in Business Administration. Her experience includes roles as PA & Sales Assistant in Singapore.


Operational sales

Our operations handles our internal sales function and is responsible for customer enquiries, advisory and coordination between customers, suppliers, logistic partners, and agents. The team consists of experienced maritime professionals and are available 24/7.
