Emil joined Navadan in 2017 as a general manager in the operational sales team. His focus on long-term agreements made him a natural choice to take the position of General Manager for the global sales and marketing team in 2019. In 2021 he graduated with the Executive MBA in Shipping & Logistics from CBS. Emil’s no-nonsense personality, experience and education makes him ideal to interact with everyone from board members to crew members.   

Before joining Navadan Emil graduated as a Dual Ships officer from SIMAC and has experience as a marine engineer in the commercial and yachting industry. Ashore, Emil has been working as a sales executive in marine coating.
